I met Jill recently when I needed a vacant luxury property staged. She came in, assessed the project, sent the proposal to my client and then went to work. The project added value to the property showings, and every agent bringing buyers through the property asked for her contact info! You could easily see yourself living in this fabulous home! If you're in the process of selling your home, you should without question use Jill. She did an amazing job and transformed our home into an absolute showcase. She brought in her own furniture (which was beautiful), as we had already moved, and set things up in such a way, that we felt foolish that we hadn't thought to put things where she did, as it made so much more sense.

She was on time with everything and got our home sold in a very short period of time. We listed the house a little low, thinking that it would see above asking and it did exactly that. It's a great house, but I give a lot of the credit to Jill, as she has such a good eye and sense of style, and everyone loved it.

She went above and beyond and was super easy to work with. It's nice when someone quotes you a price and gets everything done on time, on budget and gets the results that you're hoping for. If you're considering having your home staged, I couldn't recommend anyone more than Jill. She's great!

I had numerous concerns when I was thinking about selling my house. My biggest concern was the fact that my neighbor's house had been on the market for five months. I was hesitant to stage my home, but when I spoke to Jill Cabarle with JC Residential Redesign, Co. I felt confident that staging was going to help my house stand out from the homes for sale nearby. I honestly had no idea that staging my home would have such an impact on selling my home! In less than 24 hours, I had multiple offers on my house! By the end of the 24 hours, my house was under contract! I have no doubt that staging my home was the best decision I have ever made. I was hesitant to invest in staging my home that I had going on the market. But I went for it anyway and WOW - Jill did an amazing job - I wanted to stay! She laid it out in a way I never did (where was she when I moved in years ago). We had an offer within weeks and I am sure that the staging not only helped get an offer - but added to the value. Totally paid for the cost. You won't be disappointed! :)

The work that was done by Jill at JC was outstanding. She coordinated all activities and was very easy to work with align schedules for deliveries and pick ups. With the work done by JC, I sold my home less that 48 hours after it was put on the market - well above market comps. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Wow, Jill was incredible as a project manager of our staging and sale. Pay her and get out of her way. Things will take care of themselves. I've done over 100 homes and none have gone this smooth. She isn't cheap, but the value is there to support the fees

I can not speak highly enough of Jill with JC Residential Redesign. She is a consummate professional with outstanding communication skills! We worked together on a seemingly stale listed home for sale. Her creativity and beauty with redesign and home staging is sure to save you oodles of missed opportunities and that’s a fact! After just a few showings(once the home was staged) we had a full price offer, the sellers were ecstatic and couldn’t believe it was such an easy solution to their vacant home.
